15-04-2010 | Celebration of the Faroese Flag Day in London

The Faroese Flag, Merkið was officially recognised as the National Flag on the 25th of April 1940. Every year the people of the Faroes remember this day- also in London. This year the celebration will be held on Thursday 29th of April.


 

Celebration of the Faroese Flag Day in London
 
The guest of honour and keynote speaker this year will be Magni Arge, CEO of Atlantic Airways.
 
The Faroese musician Hanus G. Johansen will be performing at the reception.
 
During the celebration we will enjoy drinks and canapés.
